A day at Walt Disney World Resort can be a whirlwind of fun and excitement, but sometimes in all that excitement guests may lose track of their personal belongings.

Starting May 21, reuniting guests who have lost items in Walt Disney World’s theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports will be even easier and more convenient.

Thanks to a few simple clicks on a smart device, guests will be able to report lost items by visiting http://www.DisneyWorld.com/lostandfound.

After they’ve logged an item as missing, Disney Cast Members will do the searching for them. This will enable guests to continue experiencing the magic, knowing they will receive periodic updates about their lost items along the way.

As a reminder, this new system will be available at all Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, water parks, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports, starting May 21. Disney Resorts will continue to assist Guests with finding lost items from the front desk, as they do today.
