Club Villian Dates Extended

Club Villain dates have been extended!  The dining event that celebrates your favorite Disney villains is now slated to take place on Fridays and Saturdays at Disney’s Hollywood Studios throughout November and December, as well as on Friday evenings in January.

There are two times that Guests can choose from, either 5:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Club Villain, which takes place in the Sunset Showcase (located near Rock n’ Roller Coaster), is hosted by Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog. During the event, Guests will be able to mix and mingle with Maleficent, Queen of Hearts, the Evil Queen and Cruella De Vil. Guests can also dance the night away courtesy of the tunes from a wicked good DJ!

The event will feature a delightful menu inspired after The Princess and The Frog‘s New Orleans location. Dishes will include beef striploin rubbed with herbes de Provence, Voodoo sticky “pig wings” with citrus gremolata and spicy shrimp sautéed with Andouille sausage, tomato, okra and onions over creamy polenta.

There will also be cocktail selections, plus beer and wine at the Potions Bar. Keep in mind that seating for this event will be banquet style, so you may be seated with other guests, depending on your party’s size.

Tickets to Club Villain can be purchased for $129 per person, tax and gratuity included. Do keep in mind that separate admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is required, and is not included in the price of this package. Guests can make reservations by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

Princess Elena Meet & Greet Coming to Magic Kingdom

Beginning Thursday, November 24, Princess Elena of Avalor will greet Guests in Princess Fairytale Hall at Magic Kingdom.  Guests will be able to choose between a visit with Elena and Cinderella or Rapunzel and Tiana.

FastPass+ reservations for dates that include Elena appearances are available in My Disney Experience. Several times daily throughout the fall, Elena will also join Cinderella during the “Princess Elena Royal Welcome” on the castle stage.

Coca-Cola Bear Meet & Greet at Disney Springs

A new meet and greet experience featuring the iconic Coca-Cola Polar Bear will debut this week at the Coca-Cola Store in the Town Center at Disney Springs.  Guests will have the opportunity to feel the chill of the arctic when they visit the beloved bear in his new home.  Ready to share plenty of bear hugs, the Coca-Cola Polar Bear is camera-friendly and known for high fives and for plenty of fun photo moments. The meet and greet is located on the second floor of the store.

Santa Claus Sets Up Shop at Disney’s Hollywood Studios For The Holidays

Beginning November 14, 2016 Santa Claus will be meeting guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.  He will offer meet and greets inside Once Upon a Time shop.  Santa Goofy will then take over the meet and greet and continue until December 31.

 

The Once Upon a Time shop is located on Sunset Boulevard, directly across from the Beauty and the Beast show.  Santa will be available in this location from November 14 through December 24.

Route Change for March of the First Order at DHS

Starting Sunday, October 2, Captain Phasma and her division of Stormtroopers will make their way from Hollywood Boulevard as part of the March of the First Order. Previously beginning their march from the Star Wars Launch Bay in Animation Courtyard, they will now commence out of the backstage gate next to Sid’s, make their way up Hollywood Boulevard, briefly stop at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard, and continue on to the Center Stage area of the park.

Guests can watch the march along the sides of Hollywood Boulevard, as well as in front of Center Stage, allowing for additional viewing areas. A camera will now also travel along with Captain Phasma and the Stormtroopers, presenting the images on screens located in the Center Stage area for all to see.
