Overnight Testing At MK
All guests planning on staying at one of the Disney resorts located around the Seven Seas Lagoon (including the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Polynesian Village Resort, Contemporary Resort) and Bay Lake (Wilderness Lodge, Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground) are advised that overnight entertainment tests will take place inside the Magic Kingdom Park from a few hours after park close until park open on October 21, October 25-28, and November 1-4.
On these dates, fireworks, audio, projection, and lighting will be tested and may be visible (or audible) from the surrounding resorts. Contact your resort’s front desk for additional information.
Magic Kingdom Rehearsals Scheduled
Guests that are staying at one of the resorts located close to the Seven Seas Lagoon (Grand Floridian Resort and Polynesian Village Resort) and Bay Lake (Contemporary Resort and Wilderness Lodge) should be advised that overnight rehearsals will be taking place at the Magic Kingdom Park October 8 – 10.
Audio could potentially be heard at surrounding resort hotels on these dates. These rehearsals were originally scheduled to take place on October 7-9, 2016.
In addition to that, parade rehearsals will take place after park close on Nov. 1, 3 and 4 in preparation for an upcoming seasonal event. Show level audio and lighting will be used. Rehearsals will take place from park close until 4 a.m. on November 1 & 3 and from park close until 2 a.m. on November 4.
